Refund Policy
At ADORN, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a defective product or are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request an exchange or refund according to the following conditions.
Timeframes

Dissatisfaction with the product: up to 7 calendar days from receipt.

Manufacturing defects: up to 30 calendar days from receipt.
For visible damage (broken glass, missing parts, scratches, etc.), customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photos or a short video of the product and packaging. After this period, damage is considered due to misuse.
Return Conditions
The product must be unused and in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.
Returns will not be accepted if the item has been altered or modified (e.g., removing links from a bracelet).
Once the product is received and quality inspection is approved, the customer may choose to:

Receive a refund for the product value.
Shipping costs are non-refundable if the product delivered corresponds to the order and is in good condition.
Warranty
All products include a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.
To activate the warranty, the customer must send a video (up to 1 minute) or clear photos showing the defect, along with the original packaging and visible label.
Important: The warranty does not cover

Cosmetic damage after purchase (scratches, cracks, dents).

Damage caused by liquids or humidity.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications.

Improper use of accessories.

Natural wear from use (scratches, oxidation, loss of shine, battery reduction, etc.).
